What is Tixel?

Tixel is a safe and transparent event marketplace that allows fans to easily buy and sell tickets for a fair price.

How do I sell my ticket on Tixel?

Head to and follow the prompts to connect your Eventbrite account to Tixel. Once connected, you can select which tickets you’d like to sell.

What if I've already found a buyer? Can I sell my ticket privately on Tixel?

Yes. During the listing process, select the option to make the listing private. Only people who have your unique ticket link will be able to buy your ticket.

How do I join the waitlist on Tixel?

Head to the Otis Mountain Get Down Tixel Page and then Join Waitlist. You can then pre-authorize payment for your preferred ticket categories or simply sign up to receive alerts for when tickets become available.

How do I buy a ticket on Tixel?

Head to the Otis Mountain Get Down Tixel Page. Here, you can safely purchase tickets for a fair price. If no tickets are available, you can join the waitlist and you’ll be notified when tickets become available.

When will I receive my tickets?

After purchasing a ticket on Tixel, you will receive a brand new ticket in your name which will be available for download from your Tixel account. You will also receive a confirmation email and ticket from Eventbrite. It doesn’t matter if you use the ticket in your Tixel account or from Eventbrite, they will have the same QR code.

I've sold my ticket. What happens next?

Once you've sold your ticket, there is no further action required from sellers. All buyers will be provided with a new ticket in their name. By default, your funds will be released after the completion of the event, however, you may be eligible for express withdrawal. Click here to find out more.
